This position will be reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and will be based in our Corporate Offices in Denver, Colorado (Denver Tech Center).

GO Car Wash is one of the fastest growing consolidators in the car wash franchise space, aggressively expanding across the United States with already 1100+ Teammates. GO Car Wash currently operates 83 sites in 7 states, including Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Texas and Virginia, New York, California with several additional acquisitions in discussions and new build sites under development. Job Title : Real Estate Development Analyst

Reports To:  Director, Corporate Development                

FLSA Status:  Exempt                      

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel is required to various markets to meet with brokers and developers to create and support the investment thesis for new car wash locations.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. An aptitude and desire to conduct market and competitive analysis to understand and identify the right markets and right sites.

  2. The ability to craft an investment proposal using imperial evidence and "on the ground" experiences to present opportunities to the Investment Committee.

  3. The ability to manipulate large datasets into actionable intelligence.

  4. The confidence to manage pro forma valuation models, financial models, operating models including identification of synergies, forecasts and creative structures.

  5. The desire to have fun using cutting edge technology to find solutions, and interacting with a entrepreneurial team.

  6. Our team is responsible for delivering new car wash locations in our core markets.

  7. We will prepare Financial and supporting documentations for each proposed location.

  8. Our team develops the methodology utilized in strategic market planning.

  9. We serve as the source of competitive intelligence, including: tracking competition, monitoring demographic shifts, and identifying market opportunities.

  10. We build and manage enterprise software solutions to support Business and Greenfield Development.

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

EXPERIENCE: History of conducting quantitative analysis, Past Success of Advanced technical skills, Proficiency in preparing and presenting technical documents as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2-5 years in marketing analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or comparable roles.

  2. Experience being a self-starter which thrives in fast-paced environments that require multi-tasking, prioritization, and minimal oversight.

  3. Maturity to relate to senior management relationships and build cross-functional alignment.

  4. Top-notch analytical skills and financial modeling.

  5. The ability to break down complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable insights.

  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
